#TDC0023, Dakota Safari Grade Traveler Takedown Two Barrel Set in 375 Dakota and 7mm Dakota; The 375 with a 22 1/2" barrel without opens sights, Magna-Ported; The 7mm Dakota with a 22 1/2" barrel without opens sights, Magna-Ported; It is set up with Talley Quick Detachable Lever release bases & rings mounted with a Swarovski 3-12x50 Habicht 30mm scope, Hinged floorplate with a frontal bow release, 3 position Model 70 type wing safety, Classic style takedown stock with point pattern checkering, No cheekpiece, Sling eyes on the stock, Steel grip cap, 13 3/4" LOP over the factory 7/8" pad, 9 lbs. 9 oz. with the 375 barrels and 9 lbs. 5 oz. with the 7mm, The bores are excellent and remain as new, Original factory satin blue on the action and barrels remains at 94%, Original factory stock finish and it remains at 92%, The checkering is at 98%. This piece is a fairly strong value as it has about $900 worth of ammo that goes with it plus this scope is top drawer. Mr. Don Allen had a lot to do with this gun as it was built for Mr. Jim Morey at the time he was the president of Swarovski Optics of North America. It was built by Don to be a travel companion for Jim as a Traveler Model for Africa performance and study.
