Just in is a Some what Unique Smith & Wesson Factory Mis- Marked Model 36 2" BBl. .38Special Revolver MFG in 1969. The yoke is Stamped Mod. 31-1, But it is a Model 36 Square Butt J-frame D/A Revolver. The walnut stocks are numbered to the revolver. SER#. is J-13318. Mirror bore tight lock up fired very little. NO Box but this is a very nice little model 36 with a Unique Model number. I don't know if it ads to collectors value, but you just don't see many Mis- Marked items from Smith & Wesson.
