This is an outstanding Winchester model 1886 sporting rifle. The rifle has a 26 Inch Octagon barrel, Factor Set trigger and very good case color and blue.

Caliber Info: .45-70 govt.
Chambers: Lever action repeater.
Metal Condition: Very good plus with excellent blue on the barrel and patina on the mag tube. The lever, receiver and hammer have very nice but thinning case color.
Wood Condition: The stock has frontier marks but is sound and solid.
Bore Condition: Excellent.
Barrels: 26 Inch Octagon with sights.
Triggers: Single set.
Stock: Nice American walnut with a straight grip.
Stock Dimensions:
13 Inch LOP.
Fore End: Matching American walnut with a steel cap.
Butt Pad: Crescent steel with limited case color.
Weight: 9 Lbs 3 Oz.
Sights: 1000 yard rear latter and a German silver front blade.
