This is a Model 21 bolt-action rifle manufactured by Cooper Firearms of Montana. This style is called the Montana Varminter by Cooper. The stock is AA+ Walnut with two-panel checkering on the grip. The stainless steel barrel is 24 inches in length with a 1 in 12 twist.
