22 cal. The 9422 is a well built and usable gun. This one is "as new" cond with no wear to the metal or wood. It appears it may have been fired but I doubt if it has had more than a box of shells through it. A nice compact 5X scope has been mounted on this gun. Also has a hammer extension. This is a very nice 22 cal lever action rifle.
