The American Rifle features power bedding, an integral bedding block system, which positively locates the receiver and free-floats the barrel for outstanding accuracy. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with a pull weight that is adjustable between 3 and 5 pounds, allowing shooters to make the perfect shot. The ergonomic, lightweight stock is designed for quick and easy handling, and the receiver is drilled and tapped. Rifle features a soft rubber recoil pad is crafted for maximum recoil reduction. This model also comes with a Redfield Revolution riflescope with resettable stainless steel finger-click Accu-Trac adjustments, 4-Plex reticle for combination of speed and long-range precision and a Rapid Target Acquisition eyepiece with generous eye relief. Scope is waterproof, fogproof and shockproof and comes with the Redfield lifetime warranty.

It is your responsibility to make sure you comply with the laws of your county, state, and city in purchasing this item. We ship via USPS Priority or FedEx. On new firearms we may use file photos instead of the actual gun.

We accept payment by Money Order, Certified Check, Personal Check, Personal Check (will be held 7 Business Days to Clear) we also accept Visa/MasterCard payments, (this item is discounted for cash, add 3% for credit card payments). Payment must be received within 7 days from date of sale along with a signed copy of your local FFL Dealers License. We must collect sales tax if you live in Utah (.0595%).

If you purches a firearm from me and it is returned because of noncompliance with your local gun laws. The firearm must be returned in the same new unfired condition it was receive. You will be required to pay the shipping costs both ways, from me to your local FFL dealer and the return shipping cost from your local FFL dealer back to me. You will also be required to pay all fees that had been incurred with the purches. There will be a 2.5% restocking fee. I regret these conditions, but it is absolutely necessary to make every effort to comply with your local gun laws. There are so many different gun laws that it is imposable for me to know them all. You must check with your local FFL dealer if there are any questions whether a firearm is in compliance.
