- .50 caliber smoothbore octagonal unmarked barrel
- marked "John Manton London" on lock
- functioning action
- iron is mostly smooth and gray w/ areas of dark staining
- brass flatt butt cap w/ ring mount
- wood in very good condition w/ 1" crack on the muzzle
- scattered small dents
- ramrod is missing
