Description:
This poster has a counter stand on the back showing a Canadian soldier holding a war savings certificate from Dominion of Canada for 5 dollars. "You serve by saving, buy war savings certificates". Denominations are 5$ for 4$ to 100$ for 80$. This was in a sealed envelope stamped "English". We had to open it to determine the contents. A mint condition WWII counter poster which were far scarcer that the wall mounted pieces.
