Description:
A good looking gun that looks like a standard low wall winder musket with the exception of the Winder sight has been removed and a tang sight has been put on. There is a bbl blank on the rear dovetail. There is holes drilled on the bbl for an early style scope. Replacement front sight. The big thing about this gun is that the bbl has been re-sleeved and re-chambered into 22 Hornet. A nice professional job was done. This musket has about 90%+ bbl blue remaining with just a couple of wear spots. The receiver also has very nice blue. Buttstock matches the cond of the gun in being VG. Bore is near excellent. A 22 Hornet is an excellent chambering and should work out well in this musket.
