Description:
This Model 70 is in fairly good condition for being manufactured in 1948. The receiver is in good condition with some wear on the finish and also a square mark on the left side. The barrel has some wear on the finish throughout the metal. There are two marks on both sides of the front sight as well. There is also some speckling on top of the barrel, just in front of the end of the scope. The stock is in fairly good condition with a few marks. Most of the marks are on the sides of the stock below the receiver. The bore is in good condition with fairly sharp rifling, but there is some speckling/minor pitting in a couple of spots.
