This used Savage 24H-DL is chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire / 20 Gauge. The bluing is in excellent condition with minor signs of wear from use. Mounted Weaver 4X Scope is in excellent condition, very clean and clear.
Savage was the only American manufacturer to make a popular over-and-under rifle/shotgun combination when this gun was made. It is truly a versatile gun, ideal for the hunter, camper, backpacker, and a favorite utility gun for anyone who works outdoors. It features a light wood stock and fore-end, blued metal finish, and side lever barrel release.
Savage 24 De-Luxe models featured joined barrels the entire length; top of tang barrel release lever; 24-DL & 24B-DL had right side button barrel selectors, 24C-DL started with a left side button barrel selector and later had the hammer barrel selector;24D-DL, 24E-DL, 24H-DL & 24J-DL had hammer barrel selector; all models came with satin chrome finish receivers and gold triggers.
