Beautiful fresh damascus finish on stout 21/2'x 32" barrels w bright bores w some blotchy pitting toward muzzle in R, R738/695, L735/693 (xF&xF), hefty walls, BP proofs, probably a waterfowl gun. Excellent wood w nice figure, no cracks, strong correct checkering, straight grip. LOP 14" thru thick horn plate, drops 1 5/8" and 3" w 1/4" cast off, vacant silver oval.Tight Facile Princeps non-ejector action has been polished lightly and blued, clear English scroll engraving with maker's name in a fancy banner on each side. Gold safe detail. Some light pitting on left hand action ball blued over. 7lbs.
