Description:
This is a custom built rifle in 6mm BR, 1 in 14 twist (shoots 68-70 grain bullets). It was built by Nelson Berger using a new Interarms Whitworth (long) action, MPI Benchrest stock and Hart SS barrel chembered in 6mm BR. The gun weighs 12 lb. 6 oz with the Weaver T36 scope. Now this is a custom chambering with a 263" neck, so the buyer must be able to outside turn necks. Custom BR bullets, straight line bullet seaters etc will bring out the best in this rifle which I used to get into BR shooting. However it also shoots very well with Sierra 70gr. MK's. The gun comes with 6mm BR cases already trimmed and neck turned, and a bunch of brand new cases which have not been so treated. I will also include some Benchrest bullets by Berger etc.
I would use the gun as an entry level BR gun or as a very accurate target or varmint gun.
