Remington model 878 12ga.field grade.Built for only 4 years from 1959 to 1963,the 878 was the gas operated predessor to the famous model 1100.This one has a 28" barrel choked modified.It retains 98% of the wood and metal finish and is all original.This is a hard to find model that would make a fine addition to a Remington collection,or make a fine hunting gun.C&R eligible.
