Description:
A very nice Pre 64 Model 70 in .30-06. 97% original bluing. 24” barrel with a clean, shiny bore. Matching serial numbers on the receiver and bolt. Lightweight bolt handle. Tapered receiver tang. Original Lyman folding rear sight and white bead front sight. There are a few light scratches in the barrel and some light wear on the steel floorplate. The Monte Carlo comb stock retains 98% of it’s original finish (dulled from handling) with a few small dings and marks. Original sling swivels and plastic buttplate. Narrow checkering. Original 13.5” length of pull.
