#2474 J.Terrier late 1700s Flintlock “Gentlemans Pistol”, being a mid-sized French(?) fullstocked sash pistol with wood scroll ornamentation as well as gold inlay scrolls on the 6” long half round, half octagon 50cal iron barrel with wooden ramrod beneath. The exterior condition is VG+ and mechanically it is only missing the mainspring but otherwise appears complete and working correctly. Handsome and dainty in appearance, it is devoid of any markings except the lock plate markings, but it definitely looks French made and good quality. Aside of the missing mainspring, the condition is VG+ overall. $945
