Description:
I have a 1930 manufacture savage 99G takedown in .300 savage. The barrel is tight and the takedown function does work. Internals are untouched with screws looking to never have been removed. It is very clean with one chip in the toe of the buttstock and some small marks on the wood from general handling. the metal has no pitting but the bluing is faded on the barrel and there is a small nick on the barrel near the savage manfufacture stamp. The bore itself is excellent and the gun in overall very good condition, I have had it for a few months but dont have the time to reload for it and am looking to get a lighter caliber that is more common for plinking.
