THIS IS A MINTY 1980'S SAUER & SOHN OF WEST GERMANY MODEL 200 EXTRA RIFLE BARREL WITH THE FACTORY OPTION OPEN SIGHTS, IN 308 WINCHESTER CALIBER THAT FITS THE POPULAR SAUER 200 BOLT ACTION TAKE DOWN SPORTING RIFLE. It will interchange with any Sauer Model 200 rifle in 243 Winchester caliber with out any change in magazine., as the 243 Winchester & 308 Winchester use the same 3-shot or 5-shot magazine. It will interchange with any Sauer Model 200 bolt action rifle in 25-06 Remington, 270 Winchester or 30-06 Springfield calibers, but will need to use a 243/308 Sauer detachable magazine to function correctly. I do have extra 243/308 Sauer 200 detachable magazines for sale if you need one or more to go with this barrel. You are most likely aware that the Sauer Model 200 was a World Class bolt action rifle and that it is a takedown model rifle. You may or may not know, however, that it was also designed to use multiple barrels of diffferent calibers and multiple scopes (if you use the Saauer detachable scope mounting system). It easily takes down and it also easily switches barrels (if you have the correct magazine and the factory takedown tool). You can add this barrel to use as a second caliber with your Sauer Model 200. Please call me if you have any questions. It will be shipped directly to you via Priority mail, or via Fed Ex or UPS. Payment to be made via cashier's check, bank check or Postal Money Orders only. Please add $35.00 to the amount for shipping when you mail your funds, as I want to pack it heavy duty to protect the barrel. The barrel will be shipped like I would want it shipped to me. The barrel will also be fully insured for your protection. This gorgeous Sauer 200 rifle barrel is in full functioning condition and in gorgeous cosmetic condition. You will not be disappointed. It is being sold "as is" and is not returnable. No adjustment will be made after sale. I am 76 years old and my sales are final. Please do not buy it unless you agree to these terms.
