A super nice pre 64 Standard in the desirable .243 Winchester caliber. 99% bluing. 24” barrel with a clean, shiny bore. Matching serial numbers on receiver and bolt. Lightweight bolt knob. Original Lyman folding rear sight, front silver bead sight and sight hood. Steel bottom metal. The Monte Carlo comb stock retains 99% of it’s original finish with few handling dings. Wide checkering. Original steel buttplate and sling swivels. Original 13.5” length of pull. Bausch & Lomb BALvar 8 2.5-8x scope with adjustable base. The scope is in excellent condition with clear glass and fine crosshair reticle.
