This fine gun was designed for .38spec.mid-range wad-cutter ammo, with the bullet flush to the case. The reputation is that these were an accurate target gun developed for military shooting matches. This fine gun has about 90% factory blue with wear at the muzzle, and bottom edge of the slide, and a couple nicks on the outside edge of the right side of the grip edge.The bore on this .38spec. is super shiny and clean rifling, and the action is very smooth. One of the best autos S&W has ever created. Comes with one factory mag, and the S&W walnut checkered grips are very good with just surface abrasion from storage. Comes with a top mounted Weaver rings scope with an internal red dot. Overall a respectable S&W model 52-1. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in.
