The action is crisp on this original winchester 1894 carbine . the finish retains 98% original blue no rust or pit. The wood does show no cracks or chip witth minor handling marks and original varnish.
The bore is bright and shiny with excellent factory showing lands and grooves and appears unfired in as new condition as you will find........ the seial number 2,656,xxx show production date of 1963 this was the last year winchester used machined parts........after 1964 all internal parts were machine stamped making for a cheaper and more inexspenive rifle.............they do not last as long as the originals......if you are a descerning collector this will not disappoint..........this carbine is all original has not been altered no extra holes.no surprises............is 52 years old C&R ok & ships to your front door. or FFL to ship NRA grade excellent SALE PENDING SALE PENDING SALE PENDING GOING TO BIG STATE OF ALASKA
