Description:
A beautiful Colt Frontier Scout nickel plated revolver in about new condition. Unfired and with barely a trace of a drag line on the .22 cal LR cylinder and no drag line on the .22 cal. magnum cylinder. This is one of the desireable "K" series (with a letter "K" in the serial number.) The grips are fancy simulated Mother of Pearl with a cowboy type design on the right side. The metal all over and the grips are in 99 to 100% condition. The red fitted case lining is in excellent condition,with no tears or stains. The wooden walnut case is also in excellent condition with just a few minor handling marks. The Colt name and logo are engraved in the top of the case and the rampaging colt horse is shown on the inside top case cover. The barrel length is 4 & 3/4". The barrel is marked: "Colt Single Action Frontier Scout .22 cal.". The famous Colt Horse Logo mark is on the left side of the frame.. There is some engraving on the bottom of the butt strap. It was made in 1966. Included is a replacement manual from Colt.
A very desireable addition to a Colt collection and one that is sure to increase in value through the years. FFL transfer required.
