Description:
S# 27931, .32 Rimfire, 6 inch barrel, good bore with strong rifling and even erosion. This 1864 built revolver remains in very good condition with about 15% blue in protected areas with balance a nice gun metal grey. The barrel and cylinder markings remain crisp and legible. Right grip is numbered to gun with added hand scratched "1894 AB". Left grip has smaller hand scratched "1871" with a semi-legible name lightly scratched above. The barrel hinge remains solid, lockup is slightly loose and hinge area shows dings from Bubba trying to tighten it up. A very good example built during the civil war, this comes with a very old tarred slim Jim Holster missing end plug and belt strap with flap broken loose. Antique
