Description:
I inherited both of these pistols from a family member.I have also verifed with Roy Jinks at S&W that both of these were special orderd by the VSP. I also sent away to S&W to have a letter done on each one of these which was 100$. Sent the paperwork and check on the first of June and was told 20 weeks to recive the letters. I will be happy to forward to the buyer as soon as I recive them. The first gun is a 1026 and I was told S&W only made 3135 of this model with most of them going to LE Agencys. It comes in the #s matching box with everything it did when it left S&W unopened cleaning kit, owners manual warranty card and LE holster instructions. It looks new inside and out other than some rub marks on the S&W palm swell grips. It has 3 dot white sights and comes with 3 S&W magazines.
The second gun is a 1076 that was ordered by the VSP as well. It to looks new inside and out and comes in the period correct box but IS NOT # to the gun. It has Trijicon night sights that are dead. This one has the S&W curved grip. It also comes with 3 S&W Magazines and the Master Copy of the owners manual.
After buy back from the dept both pistols were sent to the S&W Custom Shop where both slides were polished to a mirror finish along with the barrel hoods and feed ramps. Both guns look amazing and come with 3 boxes of Winchester Sevice Ammo Restricted Sales To LE Only and 2 new S&W Range Bags. Serial # on the 1026 is TFD36xx and the 1076 is TFF87xx. Also if any potential buyers are in the Charlotte N C area I would allow one NIB SIG P220 10mm as parial trade.
