Description:
This is a pretty nice 20 bore Beretta. The 57-E series was made in the 50's and 60's. They are nice and trim and make excellent field guns. This one has 2 sets of barrels. The original barrels are 26 5/8 inches long and are bored .010 and .012. The longer barrels were fitted later and are 27 15/16 inches long. These are bored .005 and .010. The guns weighs 6lbs 4oz with either set installed. The action is nicely engraved and the wood is better then is usually found on these guns--most likely custom made! It's very well figured with good checkering. The dimensions are 14 1/4 x 1 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches. A thin solid pad is installed so LOP could be lengthened with a thicker pad quite readily. A great all around bird gun with single trigger and selective ejectors. My price includes shipping and insurance to the lower 48.
