Description:
Huge Early style clip point Bowie, with a 13 1/2" blade with a 5" sharpened back clip point. 18 1/2" overall. Blade is marked, "WILL & FINCK S.F. CAL.". on the left hand side near the ricasso. The dual round quillion cross guard is made as one piece with the hilt, which is fitted with a pair of smooth contoured ebony grip scales. Overall condition is good, showing brown patina throughout. Handle shows dings from normal wear. Ideal side weapon for a swashbuckling adventurer.
