Description:
Antique heavy silver watch chain and fob. The fob opens up to store small coins, such as saloon tokens, horse trolley tokens or small gold or silver coins. The little case measures 1 1/4 inches across and the whole outfit dates to the late 1800's. It hangs from a massive silver watch chain and is attached to your vest by a heavy duty snap ring. All is in good working order with the lid of the case opening and closing as it should and the spring to the coin platform is strong. A little of silver plate has been worn away from the outside but displays very nicely.
