First, we must agree on a sales price and shipping costs.
Second, You must have your FFL Dealer email me a copy of their FFL with “Not for face to face purchase” or “Copy” across the license. I will verify it with ATF.
Third, you must deposit the sale price plus shipping, in cash, into my Wells Fargo Checking account. You may pay any way you want but I will not ship the gun until your payment method is non-recourse cash in my hand.
Fourth, I will ship the gun UPS Ground 5 day after notifying UPS it is a firearm or UPS Overnight Air for handguns.
Fifth, the gun will be shipped to the address and person stated on the FFL.
Sixth, I will ship the minute your money is good.
There are no exceptions, No FFL, No Gun. No money, No gun
No, I will not ship a gun to an FFL Dealer C/O another FFL Dealer or other NONSENSE.
Don’t ask “ I’m a Cop and can’t find an FFL who will accept a gun from a Non FFL person, I really want the gun, isn’t there some way we can work this out”.

Terms of sale:
To purchase a gun from me you must follow this program. Not everyone likes the program but the below people received their guns as advertised and on time. Rifles can be shipped 5 day ground. Pistols must be shipped UPS Air Overnight. Two rifles I shipped last week cost $58.00 and $88.00 Ground UPS at 25 lbs. and 22 lbs. A handgun at 4.5 pounds including gun case and box was $80.00. You must pay for the shipping.
So if you can buy a gun locally for the same price as mine + shipping you should do so unless it’s a gun no longer available. So here is what I must have to sell and send my guns.
- I must have a copy of your FFL signed or your Gun Dealers FFL signed and emailed to njaegernatejaeger. UPS must see the FFL and inspect the gun before I close it up and they take it and Insure it.
- I must include a copy of my Drivers License. in your box when I ship.
- You can pay via Cashier’s Check, Personal check, Wire or Cash deposit into my Wells Fargo Bank Account. The fastest way is to deposit cash into my Wells Fargo Account and I can ship that day otherwise you will have to wait until your payment is non-recourse guaranteed in my account.
- I will ship immediately and email your UPS Tracking Number.
- If you purchase I will advise you of my full name, address and phone numbers along with my Bank Information.
