Description:
The Dakota Model 76 is one of the most desirable hunting rifles in the world, proven on every continent, in every climate and on every type of game. Exemplifying the very best of bolt action innovation with exquisite lines and impeccable shot to shot precision, it has deservedly taken its place among the legendary rifles of the 20th and 21st centuries.
This .458 Lott African sports a 24” barrel, drop belly magazine with straddle floorplate and a grey spiderfinish synthetic stock. The rear island single blade sight is mated with a hooded front fiber optic sight for fast acquisition. The barrel band and inletted sling swivel studs make for easy sling attachment. All external metal parts are coated in Dakotas Falcon all weather coating making this one tough rifle for all conditions. The stock is pillar bedded for strength, has a Monte Carlo cheekpiece and a 14” length of pull with a Pachmayr recoil pad. Weight is 9.4 lbs.
