Description:
This is the Winchester No. 9 engraving pattern on an otherwise standard 1892. The No. 9 pattern is quite extensive on both sides of the receiver and also by the serial number and on the bbl. 32 WCF is in a rectangular panel. The proof mark is down by the bbl address because of the engraving. Gun is mostly a silver color with most finish gone. Still nice smooth metal. All engraving is visible with only light wear. The bbl is a silver/grey with good markings and a full length mag tube. Wood is standard. Good fitting to both tangs and a slight chip missing in the upper right hand corner. Forearm is overall good cond. Engraved 1892's are scarce but an engraved SRC is very very scarce!
