MAUSER MODEL K98k RUSSIAN CAPTURE S/42 RIFLE DATED 1937. 8mm Mauser. Original (except cleaning rod) and complete as arsenal refinished with non- matching serial numbers. Recent import from Russia with importer markings on underside of barrel at the muzzle. Receiver dated 1937 and stamped “S/42” as well as having Nazi proofs and Waffenampts. Excellent as refinished with all the arsenal black finish. Very good stock with arsenal varnish. Stock and receiver number are matching. Working order and very good bore. With muzzle cover.
