Description:
WW II vintage U.S. Model 1916 holster for Colt 1911. Manufactured by Boyt in 1942, they were one of the primary contracters for military leather items. Solid shape in near perfect condition. Correct MRT stamp with a pervious owner's name writing inside. With coiled leg tie, this vintage original saddle tan/ brown holster has not been dyed like so many others. There is a bit of green corrosion/ verdigris showing on the metal parts which is normal. Super nice collectible. Payment is to be made with secured funds, bank check or money orders. No credit cards.
