#3707 Peabody Carbine 50 Rimfire 98%- Best Condition Known
AThis is a 50 caliber rimfire Peabody carbine and the condition is better than 98% original condition. The blue is 98% and the case colors are 98%. The wood is like new condition. The bore and mechanical function is excellent plus condition. This is by far the finest Peabody carbine known. South Carolina purchased 350 in 50 rimfire and did not have a die stamp made to mark what was left in service till 1881. This is the best of the finest condition Peabody carbines known.
