Remington "Beals Patent" Navy Percussion Revolver with a 7.5 inch octagon barrel. Has a good bore. .36 caliber. Metal is all Blue and Brown Patina. Serial Number #5339, Manf. in 1861-1862 , Civil War Era. Wood is solid showing some old losses at front bottom edge. The Brass Trigger Guard is nice un-cleaned patina and is Engraved in a floral pattern on the bottom. Action is strong and works like it should. Marked on top of barrel flat ,"BEALS' PATENT, SEPT.14 1858/MANUFACTURED BY REMINGTONS' IILION, N.Y." I accept USPS Money Orders or Bank Cashier's Check.
