For sale is a very nice Winchester 1885 Low Wall single shot target rifle chambered in 22 short. This rifle was made in 1904 with several special order features with a Cody Firearms Museum letter verifying these features. It has a 26 inch #2 half octagon half round barrel, Swiss butt plate, and a pistol grip stock. It also has a Winchester A5 scope of the same vintage as the rifle but it isn't listed in the letter so it was probably added later. The scope isn't clear and the reticle is missing. The rifle is very nice with a few dings in the wood and some freckling on the metal as can be seen in the pictures. The bore looks good with strong rifleing and mostly shiney. These rifle in this configuration are quite hard to find and would make a great addition to a collection. SALE PENDING!
