U.S. WW2 USMC MODEL 1905 / 42 FOR M1 GARAND OR 1903 /A3 RIFLE W/ USN MK 1 SCABBARD. Of the type carried by Marine's in the Pacific Theatre. Fullered blade with "PAL" and "U.S." on either side of flaming bomb. Conversion of 1905 to M42 version with replacement of black plastic grips. Some salt and pepper towards tip where re sharpened. USN Mk.1 scabbard with black acrylic paint. Scabbard metal parkerized.
