REMINGTON No. 6 FALLING BLOCK RIFLE
History: 1902 approx. 1933. Calibers 22RF (S,L,L,R or BB Cap)20” round barrel. Quantity about 250,000. Very light piece intended solely for the young boys’ market. All actions are take-down type with knurled knob for barrel release on underside of frame. Action a very modified thinned-down version of the rolling block with small projecting knob on block to operate breech. Condition: Excellent ++, 98% Blue some slight discoloration, 90% casehardening colors on breech, blue on front sight is still bright, stock has most of varnish, some shallow dents, dings, scratches, etc, but looks great, works very well.
