Description:
Martini Cadet custom single shot rifle chambered for .222 R. This simple, but attractive, rifle has just become available out of the private collection of the gentleman who had it built. All his rifles were extremely accurate and meticulously put together. Barreled with a 24” premium mid weight varmint/bench barrel, .720" dia. at muzzle; and .924" at frame. No barrel maker is known. Finely figured stock with a 14” LOP to a Neidner checkered steel buttplate and nicely sized/comfortable forend. Satin blue on the barrel retaining 99%; nice case colors on the action, trigger guard and lever. Overall weight is 8 lbs. 9 oz. Trigger breaks a 2 ½ lbs. Topped with a Leupold VX II 4-12x40 on Talley rings and bases.
