According to the serial number this rifle was manufactured in 1954. Everything about it is excellent. The blue is 98%+ with only a few very minute scratches on the bottom of the barrel. They are barely visible to the naked eye. The stock is nearly perfect with only a few minor marks, probably from storage in a gun safe. The bore is mint and the action is so clean that it looks unfired. It has definitely been a safe queen and should be in an advanced Winchester collection.
