Description:
Serial number 6048. A good eye appealing Henry with a very attractive butterscotch color receiver. The receiver has not been cleaned. All edges are nice and sharp. This is the color is what you want to find in a Henry Rifle. The bbl is mostly an aged brown/grey with quite a bit of blue in the protected areas between the bbl and mag tube. Very nice bbl markings. Original Henry flip up ladder sight. The brass buttplate also looks very good having not been cleaned or polished. The stock is in good overall condition. Fits good to the tangs. Slightly shy at the bottom tang and also at the toe from shrinkage. The Henry bump is slightly visible. All Henry Rifles are collectable and this one is a step or two above a lot of them.
