Sold on Hold Pending Funds / World War II U.S. Remington Model 1903-A4 Sniper Rifle, serial # 4994256, cal. 30-06, 24" barrel with an excellent bore, marked on the muzzle "RA (Ordnance Bomb) 12-43", rifle has the correct split markings on the receiver ring, rifle equipped with a full "C" stock with full pistol grip along with the following stampings in the pistol grip area is a 1/2" diameter circled "P" firing proof with the letter W above and below this proof, manufacturer stamps forward of the mag well also with RA Ordnance Wheel FJA Proof on the left side above the trigger and a BA/11 on the left buttstock, stock has beautiful dark walnut with better grain than usually seen, metal appears to have original dark gray green parkerizing with blued bands still in the grease, the scope is a M73B1 serial numbered 33990 with blued finish perfect optics and crosshair reticule, the rifle and scope are in excellent condition, best I've ever seen, doubt if this rifle can be upgraded, Collectors Grade Condition.
