This is a DSA SA58 in .308 Winchester. This model does not have a removable magazine, and comes with a fixed 10 round magazine. This is easily removed so that you can have a removable magazine. The furniture and metal appears to have been spray painted black at some point in time, and shows some runs and imperfections.
