This is a Colt SP1 in .223 Remington. The upper receiver has been replaced by an aftermarket XM177 style upper receiver assembly. The barrel is 11.5" with a permanently attached 5.5" flash suppressor, by welding the flash suppressor 360 degrees around the barrel (picture included).
