Description:
Well over 1 million serial number showing that it was built in 1957 which was the last year of production the 97. Fine looking 12 ga shotgun with nearly all finish remaining. A couple of small handling marks on the metal and a slide mark on the mag tube. This gun has not been used very much. Evidently bought new, used slightly and then put away. Inside the bbl is pretty too. A little leading that will clean up nice. Stock has a few light dings. There is one slight chip on the forearm. Otherwise the wood is very nice. If you want a late production 97 in great shape, this would be a dandy!
