Description:
Metal has pretty much greyed out. Nice Damascus pattern showing on the 30" bbl. Bore has scattered pitting throughout. Marking on the side is "Bannerman Manufacture Model 1896" . Buttstock is undersized and likely was sanded years ago. Buttplate is ill fitting but wood is in good cond. Forearm wood is VG overall. One hairline crack coming off the right side. As with most of these, the action works but is a bit sluggish. Good antique collectable gun.
