Description:
Unmarked gun except for underneath the bbls. This is either French or Belgian. A 12 ga pinfire double with the underlever bbl opener. That and the fancy trigger guard were traits of the early pinfire European shotguns. A good looking gun with an attractive Damascus pattern. Color of the bbls is a deep brown. Mostly smooth metal. Some moderate pitting in the otherwise shiny bores. Stock is VG and fits quite well to the long bottom tang and the side locks. Slight shrinkage to the wood. A very unique early shot gun.
