Description:
Another Very Nice Family Owned Early Collectors Classic in Fine Condition. Gecado 12 Gauge 30" Double Nitro Barrels. (h) should designate ca. 1929. A Sturdy 7 Lbs. of Nice Looking Hunter. 79mm = 2-3/4" ? Chambers, Extractors, and a tight close with lever a hair to the right. Very Near Mirror 30" Nitro Barrels with a bit of barely noticed very light spotting to 2-1/2" outside at barrel ends. Barrel Blueing is a solid even 90+%. The Case shows signs of general careful wear. Proofhouse of Liege ELG Crown Stamped. Two (2) Ivory Bead Sights and Sling Swivels as prevalent on Early European Model Hunters. The Woodwork appears to be Very Fine although I'm not certain that the magnificent stock checkering and finish is all original or has been reworked. A nice early White Line 7/8" kick pad with LOP 13-3/4" from Center of Triggers.
DAC = 1 1/2" / DAH = 3 1/8". The Very Nice Original Forend is an attractive push button release spear type. All Matching Serial Numbers #11187.
