Description:
This 1866 has the less common round bbl. Good markings and smooth metal with a medium grey/ brown aged color. Bore has good strong rifling with some roughness and could use a good cleaning. The frame is nice with smooth metal. Good looking and was cleaned years ago. Aging back nicely to a very pleasing color. Wood has been freshened but not overdone. A little bit shy but very little. Forearm wood fits well with no missing chunks. This gun was built in 1883. It has eye appeal and is a value. Comes with reproduction cleaning rods.
