Colt SAA Intermediate Black Powder 1888 manufacture. 5 1/2" bbl, very scarce .41Colt. Incredible 90%+ condition,all original with Colt factory letter confirming all data. There are many SAA black powder guns around, I challenge you to find one near this outstanding condition. Don't pass up the opportunity to own an honest to goodness REAL Colt SAA in very rare caliber! Of special note, as per updated Colt Letter, gun was shipped to Colts Patent Fire-Arms Mfg. Company, May 18, 1888. Examintation of the records that this shipping destination is recorded multiple times throughout that year. Also of note is that the Colt San Francisco Agency was opened January 1, 1888, yet no shipments reflecting this shipping destination aapear in the records until 1889. This could be an early shipment to the San Francisco Agency before the company was recording the agency name as a shipping destination. Trades considered.
