Winchester Mod 94 in 32 Win.
This rifle, built in 1898, looks nice and has the 26” long barrel. Now for the bad news. The bore is very rough, gray and dark. You can see rifling, but it is not anywhere near being shiny. Additionally, it has extra holes in the action as it was drilled and tapped for a side mounted receiver peep sight, possibly a Lyman 38. The peep sight went it separate way prior to the rifle coming to us. The rear sight is missing its ladder. The wood is solid, and crack free, but it has 117 years worth of handling marks.
